El nombramiento se oficializa a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n Suprema 024-2023-PCM, publicada en el bolet\u00edn de Normas Legales del Diario Oficial El Peruano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, el dispositivo precisa que la declaraci\u00f3n jurada del ministro nombrado ser\u00e1 publicada en la p\u00e1gina web de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, en la misma fecha de publicaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n suprema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, refiere que el nombramiento es conforme con el art\u00edculo 122 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Per\u00fa y el art\u00edculo 15-A de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Renuncia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nDe otro lado, por medio de otra resoluci\u00f3n suprema se acepta la renuncia al cargo de ministra de la Producci\u00f3n de Sandra Bela\u00fande Arnillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
